I specialize in packaging design, print, brand development and web design. I have more than 16 years of experience working in the design industry, including at agencies, in-house and freelance. I have worked with clients across many industries including high-tech, food and beverage, financial, entertainment, hospitality, education, etc. I have engaged in design projects at multiple levels, including design strategy and execution, pricing/quotes, and production.
I didn’t go to a regular high school. While growing up in Taiwan I attended
Tainan Woman’s College of Arts and Technology, a technical school where I earned a 5-year Arts and Crafts diploma and gained a solid foundation in the tools of the trade. I attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco where I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
I interned at Landor Associates where I worked on beverage packaging design for Coors Brewing Company brands. One of my most significant memories was seeing my design concepts from Landor on the grocery store shelf for the first time. Design became both my love and passion.
I moved to Las Vegas to work at a fast-paced design agency, Schadler Kramer Group Advertising. My primary clients were in the food and entertainment industries and included Planet Hollywood, MGM Grand, Wolfgang Puck, Starr Restaurant, W Hotel, Seminole Hard Rock, Montage Resort, Mandalay Bay, etc.
I returned to San Francisco where I worked at a boutique design agency, Fine Design Group. Here I worked with clients across many industries and engaged in design projects at multiple levels, including design strategy and execution, pricing/quotes, and production.
I speak English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese and live with my husband and two children in the San Francisco Bay Area. In my free time I enjoy tap dancing, painting, gardening, music and film.
